The seller sent the item without enough postage. The post office expected me to pay the difference. I had them to return to sender. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive seller especially when offering free shipping for the purchase.

We were unaware of this situation. We informed the buyer that if they would have let us know the post office required extra postage, we would have gladly paid the extra in order for them to receive their item. We run a very professional business and we handle every problem our buyers bring to our attention.
