I contacted seller 2 weeks ago asking where the product was and when I could expect to receive it. Seller apologized; said they were very busy, but promised to send it out immediately with 2 additional bottles. I contacted them again yesterday; they responded with total B..S. They said they didn't realize the shipping costs were so expensive and said they would refund my money (after having me wait almost a month for my order!). I told tham I would NOT accept that. I want the product!
