By the 4th week the seller never gave me a legitimate update on the request despite me reaching out multiple times. The only update that was provided was that the item was “processed” through the same distribution facility it has been at since Jan 30th. Said it should be arriving soon but still is stuck. So I missed my opportunity for eBay to refund me.
