The seller is not selling the original formula for this toothpaste, as the picture on the listing shows (which is why I rated her 3 stars for Item Description). When I explained I needed the original formula, & how I have a painful disability that makes it difficult to move around, she went above & beyond what she needed to do, in order to make things right .
