Was sent a message about the incomplete nature of the system on May 1, i.e. no ancillary items provided and the power unit itself is broken; it's missing at least one piece and it rattles when turned over. With no access to my email account for several days, I learned of this note the day after the package arrived. Had I learned of the damage and lack of ancillary parts from the Ebay sales description, I would not have purchased the unit. It is useless to me, as shipped.
