I was charged $15.70 for shipping. I found out that he was only paid $8.41 for shipping. He still charged me $15.70 until I contacted him then he refunded me $7.00. He would not have done that unless I said something about it. I am still not happy that he still has $1.29 of mine, he should have gave me the difference. He should have only charged me the price he paid for shipping.
