He didn’t mail the watch until I had to contact him asking/threatening to let eBay know what was going on. Showed that the watch was shipped and it turned out he never dropped it off to be shipped. Only made the shipping label so he could show that it was being shipped. If I didn’t contact him, I would have never received it.
