Disappointed with the purchase. The item didn't fit as described despite my clear communication before purchase for 3 days!! I clearly stated my laptop model and was ensured that it would fit - no worries!!
Slow responses - one answer in 24 hours (as the eBay policy states), no free return label despite the item is not as described.
Delays in the refund process had to remind them about it after 10 days after the tracked return.
