I wasn’t even able to contact them because the purchase was part of eBay’s authenticity guarantee. Ebay held my money until the end of the guaranteed delivery date, even when it was obvious I would never get because the seller never even sent to eBay to be authenticated. Then I had to put in a request for a refund. Not happy with this process at all. Would never buy anything with eBay’s authenticity process again.
