Totale Enttäuschung! Keine vernünftige Antwort auf Fragen o. Bitten, nimmt Mails scheinbar ni. zur Kenntnis, handelt ni. wunschgemäß. Habe Handynummer gegeben, wurde nie zurückgerufen, Liefertermin wurde unabgesprochen aufs Auge gedrückt, UPS war tel. nicht auch erreichbar, lieferte trotz Bitte um Verschiebung. Legte 46 kg Teppich beim Nachbar vor die Tür. Katastrophaler Service! Zuletzt verweigerte man trotz des enormen Gewichts Abholung durch UPS oder Spedition, wie bei Möbeln üblich.
