Great price and works fine BUT, just for the people out there that think their charger is not working, when you check it for voltage with a meter, the out side wall is negative and the inside "WALL" is positive. The center pin is for something else not related to feeding voltage to the battery for charging. Perhaps to communicate with the lap top to confirm when the battery is charged or to illuminate the led that indicates a full charge etc. Another note, do not create a short when checking it.
