The address was not working with the ebay shipping option so we could not ship to Puerto Rico as I asked you address revision but that did not worked either so we had to cancel the order please understand my situation if i can not ship it i have to refund your money and i did that but do not leave me a negative feedback as we never wasted your time as soon as we received that we could not ship as there was two more orders from same place we cancelled all of those orders we are sorry for that
