I wanted to acknowledge that I did cancel the order and apologize for this transaction, since I sell used and new DVDs sometimes after a sale I check the items in our warehouse and if I do not believe that the quality is up to our standard we cancel the order and do not re-list. This only happens when items in our warehouse are damaged.
