I did contact the seller & he acknowledged that the item was not what was pictured. I did not return it because the postage cost is equal to the price I paid for the item.

If and when I make mistakes, I pay for the return shipping cost. You would have not paid for the return shipping label, and you would have received a refund for the original shipping cost as well. In the future, please communicate with eBay sellers if you have an issue instead of rushing to leave negative feedback. We could have worked out this issue.
