Unfortunately in France the problem with postage is occurring more and more often, buyers are forced to pay double tax for a purchase and this is happening at the state level, I believe that this problem should be published and Ebay should also pay close attention to this.

Highly unimpressive -- seller ships from country outside EU and flatly-refuses to affix the IOSS-number-bearing invoice to the outside of the parcel that avoids the buyer being saddled with VAT a second time (which Ebay never refunds in my experience). Not recommended for EU buyers.

I draw the attention of all buyers, only France from the EU has the problem of double taxation, this is an internal problem of France, there are no such problems in other EU countries. A customs declaration is attached to the each parcel, indicating the cost of the items and the VAT number assigned by the Ebay system after you pay the tax on the purchase, therefore you are not required to pay anything when receiving the order. The invoice can only be placed inside the box at the buyer's request.
