Well this negative comment is not warranted and quite odd when you never brought up an issue by messaging us OR even opening up a refund case, only just leaving us negative feedback! Doesn't seem too fair for us! Especially since the tracking says it was delivered into your mailbox 4 days later after the items were shipped.
