This item was listed as "New" though upon arrival it had noticible rust throughout. Contacted seller and did not received a response. I would not recommend purchases from this seller.

You had, and still have the opportunity to return the filter. Once it's returned, you then get a full refund, including shipping, The filter in question was new/old stock. If tiny rust spots were present, the price was adjusted down to accomodate for them. What was it, $10? You can't honestly expect perfect condition with new/old stock, but the rust wipes off with one rub of the thumb, and apparently that is what you did, because i didn't see a return. Sorry for not responding quickly!
