I bought an old book that was priced very low. I don't think the seller knew what they had. This was confirmed when they folded and permanently creased it and shoved it in small box. Still a good deal. No complaints but kind of a shame. The book survived in great shape for over a hundred years and then fold and stuff in a box.

When you made the purchase you had the choice of “Local Pickup” or Shipping. You chose Shipping – which ebay, quite reasonably, added to your invoice. When you cancelled, ebay gave you a full refund, including shipping and sales tax. The tripod is still available should you wish to repurchase with “Local Pickup”.
