It was delivered damaged I believe it was not their fault. To a degree Meaning they should have labeled fragile on the package. they where honest to immediately give me a refund and I respect a business like yours.to add the delivery was also the fastest I ever seen from Japan. I mean literally like four days or so. If it was not damaged on delivery. I would not have written this but any company that owns up and take care of customers is five stars
