The item was not as described. I have contacted the seller twice and tried to get them to be fair about the doll they sold me. The doll they advertised and the doll they sent me was very different. I even sent them a picture of the difference between a 16" doll and a 14" doll of the same brand. They have ignored me and made no attempt to make this purchase right. I asked for a partial refund. No response. They should give me a full refund plus return postage so I can send it back to them.
