update: was able to receive refund from eBay at end of day so updating to neutral , but definitely not a positive transaction - the seller never provided any shipping information whatsoever / may not have ever been sent - and then was up to me to note the delayed shipment and request the refund thru eBay - usually with lost shipments there is an ESUS tracking number that goes nowhere - but there was no number provided whatsoever - not a pleasant transaction when I was looking forward to the card

I apologize for the inconvenience. I did reply to every message you sent to me regarding this card. I did look in my records for the tracking number but I could not find it. You said you still wanted the card so I waited a few days in hopes that it did show up. Insinuating that I never sent it when you can see in my feedback that I have 100% rating isn't fair. Why would I ruin that for a $25 card?
