    The item was open and not “new” as described, with some slight discoloration on one edge, BUT this is a VERY hard item to find. So I am happy I received the item in any state. I can work around the discolored edge.

    The listing specified: "There is no plastic wrapping on the roll." I didn't notice any discoloration - why wouldn't you have emailed and sent pictures if you were unsatisfied? That would have been the fair thing to do instead of quietly leaving neutral feedback. I would have gladly taken it back if given the chance.
