I ordered this item thinking that it would be normal size it was very small not satisfied at all I don’t think it was worth the five dollars something that I’ve paid

Perhaps you should actually read an ad. It says 1:10 at least 3 times in the ad and gives the size as 25mm-bit small for "normal size". In any case there is always the
"contact seller " link. I agree on costs -Ebay gets about 74c, GST 52c and Aust Post $1.50
