However, vinyl envelope are frequently slit open or split open. Fortunately the envelope was intact. Packaging should include additional layers of protection and a shipping slip should also be included. Description did indicate these shoes were soiled, however attempts to clean them would have been appreciated. Shoes were cleaned upon arrival and many of the spots were removed.
