I am truly amazed that the color and each mesh piece is in place -- and typically, you will see the sides with loose or missing pieces -- THIS ONE does not. It fantastic condition and has been stored and well kept. You will see some wear on the clasp, because someone took this to a ball a few times back in the early 20's. This exceptional vintage 1920s Whiting & Davis enameled metal mesh hand bag is in excellent, original, untouched vintage condition.Geometric pattern is equally bright on both sides, photos show ALL SIDES and the inside. Colors are gold and white (rarely ever see white!) There are no visibly detached or missing tiles, no missing links or holes. If you are starting your collection or have a collection, this is truly the one to get. I really love this purse and I am sure you will too!! CLICK on DESCRIPTION FOR HISTORY.”
