Ich habe über den Händler eine neue Seagate Exos X14 mit 10TB gekauft. Der Artikel wurde als neu gekennzeichnet und weder bei dem Artikelzustand noch in der Beschreibung stand der Hinweis, dass es sich um einen refurbisheden Artikel handelt. Wie man den angegangen Screenshot entnehmen kann, ist die Garantie schon seit dem 12.11.23 Abgelaufen. Wohl bemerkt hat eine Exos X14 60 Monate Herstellergarantie. Ich habe die Platte bei mir nicht angeschlossen, also auch keine SMART Werte überprüft.

Der Käufer hat das Laufwerk nicht einmal ausgepackt und behauptet, es sei überholt worden. Refurbished-Laufwerke von Seagate haben ein anderes Etikett, das ist nicht zu übersehen - dieses Laufwerk hat das originale Etikett eines neuen Laufwerks. Die Festplatten sind nicht überholt, sie sind neu, und es tut uns leid, dass der Käufer nicht einmal die grundlegenden Informationen überprüft hat, sondern sofort eine negative Bewertung abgibt. Wir würden gerne helfen, alle Zweifel zu klären
