Ordered ivory wedding dress and received white dress,wrong tracking number was sent. Shoulder straps way too short, will snap if put on all the way. Loop to tie the back snapped when put on the first time. Lace is different pattern than pictured, very rough. Lace at waist is visibly crooked. Loose mesh+threads. Scalloped edges,different lace (floral) sewn on top of shell design lace. Pictures show top of the dress lined, but top is sheer and visible bra cups. Its unwearable and very ugly to boot

I'm very unhappy. I appreciate the dress, however it did not fit the description given by the picture. It's not the same lace. The short was supposed to be only chiffon, but they put tulle OVER it and I have no idea why. The picture shows an open neck & a sweetheart type clearly, but instead it was covered all the way to the neckline with tulle in a round neckline. Then the neckline in the back of dress didn't come up the neck like it CLEARLY shows in pictures. I don't want to wear it now
