I tried tightening down the clamps and they were as tight as they could go and the boots were still loose. Will these work with smaller clamps? Not sure. Did not want to chance having to pull those PIA carbs again! The seller was really nice about refunding my purchase. I ended up using the original boots after reconditioning them to soften the rubber.
