The item was carefully packaged in as described quantity, the buyer opened a return, but never proceeded with it, besides my approval and provided the return shipping label. That cause me a hold of funds on my account for 3 weeks and this negative feedback. Buyer refused to reply to my messages through the case. On top of all that, buyer filed a dispute with his payment institution. Need to revise this feedback.
