I am blocking this seller.Despite charging $5.95 for postage the seller sent this item in an unpadded #10 white envelope with a $.68 Forever stamp. neglecting to write either “hand stamp” or “fragile” on the envelope; USPS ran it through their postage machine and smashed it. The seller was unwilling to cooperate with giving me the full refund of the overcharge of postage (a violation of eBay policy), and to pay for the repair of the smashed item. I had to contact eBay to resolve the issue.
