However, the item I received was used and not working. Now, the same item is listed as "used" by the seller, but when I bought it, the description clearly stated it was new. Now, the seller is claiming that I purchased it as “used”. The description has since been changed, and I’ve attached photos as proof of what I received. Very disappointing experience.
