The item wasted in newspaper which did not properly cushion the item. The box was not adequately sized leaving the item resting against the box allowing it to be damaged in shipping. When I contacted this seller to report the damage his only response was for me to make a claim with UPS who then told me I could not because the seller had the claims locked . The seller has not responded to two attempts to resolve this.
