Item was shipped 11/21 by 12/14 delivery date no item showed. I contacted seller and they said warehouse lost item and could ship again or give me $ back. I asked for item and then they responded that they wouldn’t guarantee the item getting there 13 days later. I asked for $ back and they still haven’t done anything. This seller wasn’t proactive on making anything right especially considering this was Christmas gift and now I don’t have the gift to give. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
