    arogant und herablassend kann man wohl eher ihre Behauptung und Reaktion bezeichnen. Erst behaupten Sie eien falschen artikel erhalten zu haben, der nachweislich korrekt geliefert wurde und dann haben Sie die Frechheit mich dafür auch noch negativ zu bewerten. Auf solche Käufer kann man gerne verzichten.
