Not exactly an R&R, only 2/3 mounting holes lined up for fan, plus the fan mounting point was about double the thickness as OE, need to replace retainer clips as OE won't fit, and radiator mounts are spaced about an inch off but was able to secure to the bike enough. Other than that everything functions as intended, hoses hooked up with ease, no leaks, overall not bad for an aftermarket part, just took longer to install due to issues described.
