The items were despatched immediately by Royal Mail. Once we have handed the parcel to Royal Mail we are in their hands and we have to wait for the parcel to be delivered. Investigating the situation for the customer happens as a matter of course and isn't optional. After only 9 working days the parcel wasn't late enough to take matters further. Communicated with the buyer when requested and could not offer more in the way of customer service. Bad customer service? or lack of patience?
