I contacted the seller and they stated the items are real gold. However the gold tester says otherwise. It's too bad the seller misrepresented their products. I also included a picture of a necklace I purchased from another ebay seller that is real gold. There is also a picture of the gold tester calibration. The two items I purchased from this seller are not 14k
