    Ok, now I'm in the commentary to tell you all to not buy this product at all. At first when I bought it, I wasn't experiencing anything that felt out of the ordinary, but when I started taking it again, it was making me feel something I hadn't felt before. I was having some kind of reaction to it where my heart was speeding up. I then started taking it in little by little. Even doing that, it didn't help because I woke up in the middle of the night with my heart speeding. DO NOT BUY.
