Giving a neutral cause it took 2 weeks to get the item. I don't think it was seller's fault, according to what I could see on tracking data, USPS gave the package a grand tour of the US - from Kansas to California, to Illinois, eventually to WV. Seller was quick to try to resolve the problem once they were made aware of it.
