Arrived faulty. Did not work right out of the box. The controller turns up as high as it goes on its own, no matter what temperature i set it on. He sent me a new controller and same thing so apparently I was sold a broken bio mat. Seller referred me to the healthyline company. Made in China and not good quality. Beware!
