The item was damaged inside its original packaging before it was ever shipped. The seller was extremely slow responding to my requests for exchange or a refund. After they finally agreed for a refund I was unable to return this product due to problems with the FedEx carrier Completely beyond my control. I made multiple attempts to contact the seller regarding this problem and I have been met with nothing but silence. Seller seems to use delay tactics to run out the return window.
