The part was supposed to have a plastic insert that allows the clamp to be able to slightly rotate in the event of a crash. The insert was missing so the clamp wouldn’t even tighten down all the way. I had to wrap electrical tape around my handlebar to make it work. Very disappointed. Beware if you buy from these guys.
