Push on, flash, slow flash, off. The light is the color of the soft stretchy silicone. I give them out for Halloween, hopefully the flashing lights will help drivers see them. If you have children that trick or treat, get some for them, and their friends. I also keep a few red & white ones stashed with my spare tire, in case my car breaks down. Great value with free shipping.
