It wasn't made clear that this supplier is based in Italy and that the item would be subject to import and customs duty which added £90 to the value of the order making it £40 more expensive than buying it in a shop in the uk. I tried cancelling the order immediately but the request was denied by the seller saying the item had already been shipped, but the it was not actually dispatched until two days later so the order could have been cancelled. It then took two weeks for the order to arrive
