Buyer never contacted us about a missing package. If buyer had contacted us we would have looked in to the issue and provided a resolution, however buyer opened a direct case with eBay. Once a case is opened we must do everything within the eBay case. Once case was opened we looked in to the order found that it had shipped but was stuck in transit and issued a full refund to the buyer.
