Seller Notes: “This is an authentic vintage shirt, probably made around the 1930s to 1950s, and has had more than ... “This is an authentic vintage shirt, probably made around the 1930s to 1950s, and has had more than one previous owner.Previous owners' laundry marks are stamped in the inside of the neckband.The shirt is in good condition, but it has been used, and is not perfect.It has been laundered and starched since the last time it was worn, but that was clearly several decades ago.It might do as it is for theatrical wear, but if you want to wear it to a formal function, it will definitely need to be washed and starched again before use.It has storage marks.There are also one or two small flaws and marks, as shown in the photographs.The most noticeable marks are below the starched fronts, and on the sleeves around waist level.These look like rust marks, probably from where the shirt was previously stored with metal clips/studs/pins for many years.These marks may fade or wash out when it is next laundered, but this cannot be guaranteed.These will obviously not show when you are wearing t”
