    I need to return this but love the coat. The collar is way way to big. is there a way to modify it and send it back? I bought 3 coats from you. 2 do not work because of this issue. Need to send both back and either get credit or have you redo the collar. The cape is perfect, except i got one from. you a few years ago and it had a place for arms. Can i send that back to put the arm holes in?
