- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI ordered a watch movement on the 22nd May delivery was Tracked 24 estimated between 23rd - 29th May I’ve finally received it today 5th June. This could not have been true delivery details as the box it arrived in was posted on the 30th May! Updates from the seller were poor and I was told no refund unless they received it back. Lots of excuses told.Reply from: kronical- Feedback replied by seller kronical.- Feedback replied by seller kronical.Royal Mail online tracking details show that the we posted the item the day after it was purchased. We then received a notification from Royal Mail explaining that they had sent the parcel to the wrong location in error and that it would be re-routed immediately. This was explained to the customer along with our apologies. Despite this message from Royal Mail clearly visible on the tracking details page, the customer said the item is lost and demanded a refund. I explained it was on its way.
