    Purchased this item as a birthday gift to my self. After waiting a few weeks for it to arrive it comes and I install it. Doesn't work. Take to professional installer. Still doesn't work. Contact seller, first he wants pictures, then wants videos, then questions, and every response I get is 24 hours apart from each other delaying me getting a working unit even further. Finally after over a week of back and forth I decided I couldn't wait any longer and returned it. Back to amazon I go. Not happy
