- .***h (5)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasePhone was not factory reset and the handset doesn't work. I had to pay an IT company $100 to factory reset it because the seller didn't have the admin password and another $30 to replace the handset. I was willing to take a discount and go through the trouble becasue I really needed the phone, but the seller just kept saying to return it. Basic customer service would grab the opportunity to make a customer happy especially if it would cost him money to ship and fix anyway..... Stay away
